What is basic self care Self care is basically any activity that you do that focuses on your mental, emotional, or physical health. There are less than 10 items to check off. This really is the simplest self-care checklist ever. Print out 7 copies of the checklist and challenge yourself to do everything on the list for 7 days in a row. All the stress relief activities in the world won't help if you aren't taking care of yourself. Which version of you is less selfish? Are you convinced that self-care is a good thing?
